Complete Hoops replaces camps and fragmented training with Immersives, memberships, and a global development platform built for real outcomes.
Youth basketball development is fragmented.
Families invest in multiple disconnected services without a unified system. The result:
Effort is high. Outcomes are inconsistent. That ends here.
A four-layer development architecture that eliminates fragmentation by aligning every component of training under one structure.
Concept-specific environments designed to change a player's trajectory in a single experience. Deep, game-transfer focused, built for results.
Structured weekly development integrating skill, performance, and progression. Tiered plans that grow with every player.
Global training, film, and education system accessible anywhere. Extends development beyond the facility — no constraints.
Structured guidance for players and parents: evaluation literacy, recruiting navigation, NIL awareness, and development planning.
Immersives are concept-based training environments designed to produce immediate, measurable improvement. They are not camps. Each focuses on one concept — trained across execution, decision-making, physical constraints, game context, and evaluator interpretation.

| Real Constraints | ✗ Ignored | ✓ Core component |
| Game Transfer | ✗ Not designed for it | ✓ Primary goal |
| Continuity After Event | ✗ Ends at door | ✓ Membership pathway |

PGC and HoopStudy each solved critical problems in their eras. PGC advanced the cognitive side of the game. HoopStudy made basketball understanding accessible at scale. Neither was designed to fully address execution survivability, parent literacy, or long-term continuity under modern conditions. Complete Hoops is intentionally built as a closure system — reducing fragmentation, validating learning, and protecting both athlete development and family investment over time.
Complete Hoops was built by people who understand both the game and the gaps in how it's taught.
Dorian A. Lee is a globally recognized basketball trainer and player development coach with over two decades of experience. As founder of B'BALL 101 and architect of the Complete Hoops system, he has revolutionized player development by combining cutting-edge training methodology with deep game knowledge. His programs have produced NBA players, WNBA stars, collegiate standouts, and international professionals. Dorian identified the fragmentation in youth basketball and designed a system built to solve it from the ground up — connecting training, performance, and real-world outcomes into one cohesive framework. He is also the author of the #1 bestselling basketball coaching book, Could You Be the Reason Your Kid Is Trash? and has been featured in ESPN, SLAM Magazine, and Bleacher Report.
Gino Myers-Kyles is recognized as one of the premier skill development coaches in the country, bringing both elite on-court credibility and deep connections across the four-year collegiate and professional levels. As DEO of Complete Hoops, he leads the digital infrastructure that extends the system globally — ensuring what is built in the gym is reinforced everywhere else, connecting athletes to the same standards and development pathway regardless of geography.
Basketball is in Gino's DNA. His father, Pete Myers, played nine years in the NBA before transitioning to a coaching career with the Chicago Bulls — a lineage that shaped Gino's deep understanding of what elite development actually looks like at the highest level.
Gino began his playing career at Faulkner State Community College (now Coastal Alabama CC), where he earned First-Team All-Conference honors his sophomore season. He then transferred to NCAA Division I Eastern Illinois University to complete his collegiate career. His coaching career has spanned every level of the game, including a stop as Head Coach at East Central Mississippi Community College (NJCAA), before returning to Coastal Alabama South. That range of experience — as a player, head coach, and skill development specialist — makes him a uniquely valuable architect of the Complete Hoops system.
Korey runs the operational backbone of Complete Hoops. As COO, he manages day-to-day systems, facility operations, and membership infrastructure that keep the organization performing at the level the system promises. His focus is on building environments and processes where athletes and families consistently receive a high-quality, structured experience. Korey ensures that the vision Dorian designed and Gino scales operationally translates into real, repeatable outcomes on the floor every single day.
It connects skill development, performance, decision-making, and real-world outcomes — all under one structure.
