Youth basketball development is fragmented.

Families invest in multiple disconnected services without a unified system. The result:

  • Inconsistent teaching across providers
  • Poor transfer from training to real game situations
  • Inefficient spending without measurable outcomes
  • Athletes navigating recruiting & NIL without structured guidance
  • Parents making critical decisions without an evaluation framework

Effort is high. Outcomes are inconsistent. That ends here.

The Complete Hoops System

A four-layer development architecture that eliminates fragmentation by aligning every component of training under one structure.

01
Entry
Immersives

Concept-specific environments designed to change a player's trajectory in a single experience. Deep, game-transfer focused, built for results.

02
Retention
Membership

Structured weekly development integrating skill, performance, and progression. Tiered plans that grow with every player.

03
Scale
Digital Platform

Global training, film, and education system accessible anywhere. Extends development beyond the facility — no constraints.

04
Differentiation
Education Layer

Structured guidance for players and parents: evaluation literacy, recruiting navigation, NIL awareness, and development planning.

Immersives

Immersives are concept-based training environments designed to produce immediate, measurable improvement. They are not camps. Each focuses on one concept — trained across execution, decision-making, physical constraints, game context, and evaluator interpretation.

Complete Hoops vs.
The Market

PGC advanced basketball education. HoopStudy democratized basketball understanding. Complete Hoops integrates understanding, execution, evaluation, and continuity into a single development operating system.

Competitor A
Point Guard College

"Teach players how to think the game."

Strengths
  • Establishes cognitive clarity and decision-making structure
  • Serious, organized learning environment
  • Strong historical credibility
  • Valuable for ball-dominant guards learning to organize offense
Structural Limits
  • Event-based — value concentrated into a short window
  • Position-locked in a positionless era
  • Limited parent education or post-event pathway
  • Reinforcement depends on external environments
Competitor B
HoopStudy

"Explain the game clearly so players understand it."

Strengths
  • Highly scalable and accessible globally
  • Explains basketball concepts clearly and efficiently
  • Low barrier to entry for athletes and coaches
  • Effective for building conceptual vocabulary
Structural Limits
  • Knowledge is not validated through execution
  • No physical, fatigue, or contact context
  • Transfer depends entirely on athlete self-application
  • Cannot test whether understanding survives game conditions
Complete Hoops
Complete Hoops

"Teach players and families how skills, bodies, decisions, and evaluation systems interact over time."

Why It's Different
  • Forces execution under real constraints — defenders, fatigue, timing
  • Accelerates development through immersive environments
  • Integrates physical, mental, film, and evaluative layers
  • Educates parents as decision-makers, not spectators
  • Designed for continuity after the first experience
  • Eliminates the need for fragmented external services

The Structural Conclusion

PGC and HoopStudy each solved critical problems in their eras. PGC advanced the cognitive side of the game. HoopStudy made basketball understanding accessible at scale. Neither was designed to fully address execution survivability, parent literacy, or long-term continuity under modern conditions. Complete Hoops is intentionally built as a closure system — reducing fragmentation, validating learning, and protecting both athlete development and family investment over time.

The People Behind the System

Complete Hoops was built by people who understand both the game and the gaps in how it's taught.

DEO — Digital Execution Officer

Gino Myers-Kyles is recognized as one of the premier skill development coaches in the country, bringing both elite on-court credibility and deep connections across the four-year collegiate and professional levels. As DEO of Complete Hoops, he leads the digital infrastructure that extends the system globally — ensuring what is built in the gym is reinforced everywhere else, connecting athletes to the same standards and development pathway regardless of geography.

Basketball is in Gino's DNA. His father, Pete Myers, played nine years in the NBA before transitioning to a coaching career with the Chicago Bulls — a lineage that shaped Gino's deep understanding of what elite development actually looks like at the highest level.

Gino began his playing career at Faulkner State Community College (now Coastal Alabama CC), where he earned First-Team All-Conference honors his sophomore season. He then transferred to NCAA Division I Eastern Illinois University to complete his collegiate career. His coaching career has spanned every level of the game, including a stop as Head Coach at East Central Mississippi Community College (NJCAA), before returning to Coastal Alabama South. That range of experience — as a player, head coach, and skill development specialist — makes him a uniquely valuable architect of the Complete Hoops system.
